I have been using extra virgin olive oil for a long time now and I can say that adding it to your diet does bring benefits. It is rich in antioxidants and healthy fats that support heart health and reduce bad cholesterol. Other benefits of extra virgin olive oil include improved digestion and healthy skin. I use it to dress salads and honestly, it is not only healthy but also delicious!
