There are a lot of medical schools. Even in my town, which may be small, there are also quite a few medical schools. By the way, what city are you in? If you're in a big one, you won't have any trouble finding a normal medical institute at all.

Okey, so the best in USA are: Harvard Medical School, Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and i guess Yale School of Medicine as well as many others. By the way my friend study in one of them and everything is ok. We are proud of her.
