This movie is the last of the Za ginipiggu series, filmed in the style of Guinea Pig 3: He Never Dies. It starts off with the family where if they are insulted their heads blow up! The Guinea Pig styled Devil Woman Doctor of course insults them and you get the picture. Later, there is a woman with a heart problem and if she is insulted in the slightest shock, her heart will blow up! I do not want to spoil the fun but I would recommend this movie to watch with a bunch of friends. Note that you have to be a gorehound to appreciate this movie.
